Key responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Capturing incoming orders from customers and sales representatives.
• Following up on all outstanding orders and queries.
• Handling customer and sales representative enquiries and requests via email, telephone, and fax.
• Following up on customer deliveries and quotes.
• Assisting customers and sales representatives with stock availability, delivery status, pricing, and all product-related queries.
• Ensuring orders are released for the in-house dashboard and placed in the correct trays for delivery or collection.
• Working accurately and under pressure.
• Working Saturdays when required.
• Performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Communicating information effectively.

Qualifications and skills

• Matric essential.
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution is an advantage.
• Industry-related knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of cut and edge optimisation programs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and basic computer skills.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.
• Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans.
