Informa Telecoms & Media in conjunction with a global market research agency is set to launch a new collaborative research program, with the aim to examine operator and vendor content strategies using a blend of consumer research, industry expert understanding and forecasts.
Given the demand for a high-value, strategic understanding of mobile phone usage in sub-Saharan Africa, this research program will combine market understanding and consumer research expertise to provide a unique insight into the mobile usage behaviour of diverse population segments in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Cote d'Ivoire.
