She is founder of the African Association of Visitor Experiences and Attractions (AAVEA). Lehmann serves on the advisory board of the global attractions industry, IAAPA for the EMEA region, is Vice Chair of Groot Constantia and a Board member for Wesgro.
She is the former managing director of the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company and holds an MBA from UCT Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Futures Studies from Stellenbosch University Business School as well as a BSs (Log).
