Having directly and indirectly impacted over hundreds of thousands of youths in education, career and entrepreneurship throughout South Africa since 2009, Neo has found a way to enthusiastically and skilfully fuse his educational, corporate and business knowledge and experience together with his passion for innovation and expertise in technology to pursue his lifelong vision of creating African communities of young adults who are able to create or earn an income.
In line with Neo's life's mission, YDIDI's immediate goal is to create 100 digital and tech millionaires and up-skill/train and facilitate employment for 100,000 youths in digital, AI, robotics process and cognitive automation by 2023.
