Burger, along with his co-founding partners, started M&C Saatchi Abel 13 years ago and the M&C Saatchi Group was formed as the parent company of now five subsidiaries in the marketing, PR, creative and design, activation, and passion marketing sectors all servicing leading brands like Standard Bank, Nandos, Lexus, Anglo American, Virgin Active, Nedbank, Tiger Brands and others.

He has more than 20 years' of experience in leading communications agencies in Southern Africa and Australia, incl Ogilvy, The Campaign Palace Australia (WPP), and M&C Saatchi. He was one of the youngest members ever to be appointed to the Ogilvy board and was voted 'Top 40 under 40' in 2009 - one of the 40 most influential marketing and communications specialists in Australia and New Zealand by AdNews.
