Ingrid Louw is CEO of Print and Digital Media South Africa (PDMSA).
Ingrid Louw has been Chief Executive Officer at Print & Digital Media South African (PDMSA), formerly known as Print Media South Africa,) for over five years.
Before joining PDMSA, she was the Chief Financial Officer for the National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA), a training institution established by the Department Of Communications, which formed part of a government initiative in 1998. Its fundamental purpose is to train previously disadvantaged individuals, particularly women, and equip them with the skills necessary to play significant roles in the broadcasting environment.
This role was preceded with a period in radio where she formed part of the management team that setup Kaya FM, the first black owned and independent radio station in South Africa.
Similarly, GABZ FM in Botswana was setup with Ingrid on the management team.
A teacher by profession, Ingrid ventured into the corporate world and has worked forMakana Investments and Thebe Investment Corporation, iconic BEE companies in South Africa.
In addition to her teacher's diploma, Ingrid has a BCom degree from UNISA and is currently completing her MBA through Henley Business School.
