Helen Nicholson has been called the "Networking Queen" by many of her clients. She began her career as an accountant and has evolved into the founder and CEO- Chief Excitement Officer of The Networking Company, where they train people on the so-called "soft skills", which are the essential skills that take people's careers to the next level.

She has international corporate experience and lived in the Middle East for five years where she developed and sold her own successful business in Dubai.Helen is a passionate South African and was interviewed by GIBS Business School as one of South Africa's leading female entrepreneurs. She has run the New York marathon in 2011 and brought up 24 year old identical girl twins as a single mom.

Helen has published two best-selling business books and her new book, "Mindfulness: How to Stay Sane in an Insane World" will be available from February 2022.
