His studies at several universities in South Africa, his work across a manifold of industries as consultant, developmental roles in the corporate world and his business ownership positioned him well to take up the leadership of USB-Executive Development Ltd in 2005.
His work to establish USB-ED as an advanced executive education institution on the continent involves the building of partnerships with international schools and businesses. Under his leadership the USB-ED enjoys the Professional Management Review's no 1 position in South Africa and features on the top 50 in the world.
In the business world, he acted as advisor and designer of various strategic interventions and served as coach and confidante for a number of executives.
He is on the board of the Centre for Financial Regulation and Inclusion, the EPAS Accreditation Board of the European Foundation for Management Development, and on the Academic Council of the Madinah Institute for Learning & Entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Landman holds a BA in Hebrew, Philosophy and Psychology from the universities of Port Elisabeth and the University of Johannesburg and a BTh in Theology from the University of Stellenbosch. He earned his MTh in Theology and Ethics from the University of Stellenbosch and his MCert in Development from the University of Johannesburg.
