Having been the lead designer at evly, a crowd sourcing social network, he also has extensive experience with User Experience and Interface design.

In 2013 Ernst joined NATIVE VML as an Art Director and has since worked on design, branding, interface design and concept projects for brands like TFG, Media24, Pernod Ricard, Old Mutual and Red Bull.

Ernst is responsible for the conceptualization and creative execution of various campaigns and websites. He oversees and mentors the creative team in Cape Town, helping them to deliver great work.
