Ayanda Dlamini is the business development manager at LGR Telecommunications. He joined the company in 2012 and is responsible for growing and maintaining business development among LGR clients. Prior to this, Ayanda worked for numerous top South African companies including MTN, Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation, PBT Group and has 13 years experience in the BI industry.

He is skilled in relational database systems, systems integration, business intelligence, data warehousing, billing and enterprise resource planning. Ayanda has worked within various projects in countries such as South Africa, Swaziland, Cameroon, Sudan, Uganda and Zambia.

Ayanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications Major) which he got from the University of Swaziland.
