Realm, a Cape Town-based digital partner, prides itself on offering clients creative technology solutions, and this means staying at the top of their game in innovation.
The Realm Academy will see team members and external speakers presenting sessions on various topics. The sessions will comprise of informative and engaging talks, followed by Q&A sessions.
"Innovation and learning are inherent to who we are, and what we do here at Realm. We wanted to create a formal space for team members to share new technology and industry trends with the rest of the team. In doing so, we’re upskilling and ensuring that the company as a whole remains informed and relevant," says Realm’s Marketing Manager, Jill Titus.
The first session saw Realm’s Senior Project Manager and Certified SCRUM Master, Megan Kuhn, giving the team an introduction to the SCRUM framework.
"Off the back of this, we will be launching the Realm Academy LMS (Learning Management System), where the learnings from the various sessions will be uploaded as course material. Each month, a new course will be introduced to the system to allow staff to learn more about the topics covered and assist in their ongoing growth within Realm. This will become a vital part of our onboarding process," says Jill.
The Realm Academy is in keeping with the company value of excellence, and Realm Digital hopes to continue building on this culture of learning and innovation.
