Job summary:The purpose of the role is to build and enhance our client’s digital and social marketing efforts through the implementation of relevant sales and brand-building activities to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional enthusiastic about new technologies and digital and social media. You will play an integral role in developing a new approach to client and bond consultant marketing.
We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who takes ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s integrated digital and social marketing operational plan to generate sales and build the client’s brand.
Responsibilities:- Effectively develop and implement data-led brand-building and lead-generation plans based on the marketing strategy.
- Align digital and social media planning with the overall marketing strategy and budget.
- Develop appropriate and effective content plans, including design and copy.
- Measure the success of campaigns and provide feedback and insights to improve future projects.
- Understand and provide insight into the digital and social media behaviour of the target audience.
- Perform competitor analysis to inform the brand-building and sales plan to stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage and brief agencies and service providers on creative requirements.
- Day-to-day management of social media pages and sales campaigns.
- Consider new and upcoming digital consumer trends to identify innovative ideas and turn them into brand and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cooperation.
- Continuously develop your expertise in terms of professional, industry, and legislative knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate and contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.

Experience and qualifications:- A relevant BCom Degree in marketing from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Experience in financial services will be advantageous.
