Job summary:The purpose of the role is to build and enhance our client’s mortgage origination and real estate channels’ marketing efforts through the implementation of relevant sales and brand-building initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced mid-weight marketing professional, enthusiastic about new technologies. You will play an integral role in developing a new approach to bond consultant and estate agent channel marketing. We are looking for a self-sufficient self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who always takes ownership and accountability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s integrated channel marketing operational plan to generate sales and build the client’s brand.
Key responsibilities:- Effectively develop and implement data-led brand-building plans, based on the marketing strategy, across the distribution channels.
- Develop appropriate and effective content plans per channel, including design and copy.
- Measure the success of plans and campaigns, and provide feedback and insights to improve future projects.
- Understand and provide insight into the digital and social media behaviour of the target audience.
- Perform competitor analysis to inform the brand-building and sales plan to stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage and brief service providers on creative requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cooperation.
- Continuously develop your expertise in terms of professional, industry, and legislative knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate and contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.

Experience and qualifications:- A relevant BCom Degree in marketing from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in distribution channel marketing.
- Experience in financial services will be advantageous.
