Nova - New to Industry AdvisorNew-to-industry financial advisors must have some experience in financial services and will be paired with an executive financial advisor for development and mentoring
Commission splits: 70%

Steller - intermediate financial advisorIntermediate financial advisors must have solid experience and be able to offer competent financial planning.
