Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our client’s team as an aftersales consultant based in Emalahleni, Mpumlanaga.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and service needs related to their vehicles.
• Provide expert advice on aftersales products and services.
• Coordinate service appointments and follow up on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless experience.

Minimum job requirements:

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Valid drivers licence.
• Computer literate.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing services.

Advantageous requirements:

• Experience in the motor dealership industry (technical).
• Technical qualification.

Salary: R12,500 - R14,000 Basic + benefits (depending on experience)
