Workshop Foreman
An established dealership in
Ermelo, Mpumalanga is looking for a qualified and experienced workshop foreman.
Requirements:
- Must have qualified as a diesel technician (non-negotiable)
- Five + years experience as a diesel technician
- Some experience as a workshop foreman is advantageous.
- Must come have truck dealership experience (non-negotiable) not passenger vehicles/mining/earth-moving
- Own basic toolbox, special tools will be provided
- Own vehicle
- Excellent leadership abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
- Manage breakdown status and progress
- Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
- Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
- Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed
Salary: Negotiable basic salary (depending on experience)
