Parts Manager
Our client within the Automotive Industry located in
Cape Town CBD is looking to employ a p
arts manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for sales, staff, administration and reporting for the parts departments incorporating clothing merchandise and other vehicle accessories.
Requirements:
- Parts management experience in a franchised motor dealership (3 years+)
- Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop, etc.)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principles.
- Matric
Role /duties:
- Overseeing current team, managing orders and status of imports of parts – considering lead times, coordination with vehicle sales and service departments.
- Tracking key metrics such as sales, inventory turnover, and profit margins, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
