Service Advisor
A multi-franchised dealership in Richards Bay is on the look out for a service advisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
Requirements:- Matric certificate
- Driver's licence
- Minimum three years' experience working in a franchise dealership as a service advisor within a multi-franchised capacity (Stellantis experience essential)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
