- Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our managed services as the ideal solution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyse sales data and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarising sales performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, current trends, and market research.
- Manage the regional sales budget, including expenses related to travel and marketing.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote and enforce high ethical standards within the sales team.
