Customer Success ManagerRequirements:- Grade 12 (senior certificate) and a diploma or degree in IT management or business.
- A driver’s licence.
- More than five years of industry-relevant experience.
- Proven track record in successful sales and account management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity applications.
- Experience working with customers and external audiences.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact for matters beyond the services teams, guiding and resolving issues effectively.
- Follow up on all open quotes, pending orders, ETAs, and solutions; update customers and sales tickets accordingly.
- Review every customer sales request to ensure it is fit for purpose before presenting quotes.
- Perform customer account administration to maintain accurate records in the organisation’s systems, including the customer master account schedule.
- Manage customer contract paperwork to ensure all contracts are current and signed.
- Attend customer and internal meetings as scheduled.
