HR and Talent Acquisition Business PartnerRequirements: - A relevant HR degree
- Minimum of six years’ experience as an HR generalist that includes business partnering, talent acquisition (all levels) and Adhoc functions
- Multinational exposure preferred
Responsibilities: - Understand the business needs and ensure that the HR Strategy responds to the business/business unit strategy.
- Monitoring organisational climate, staff attitudes and morale and informing and advising line management in this regard, with particular focus being on the annual engagement survey.
- Develop and maintain appropriate employee communication.
- Implement recruitment strategies that are linked to the BU strategies.
- Monitor the turnaround time of recruitment and onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
