Requirements: 
  • A bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and education
  • Strong coaching and training skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and community members
  • Passion for working with vulnerable children and making a positive impact
  • Knowledge of innovative educational practices and a growth mindset
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or community development is a plus
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for daily tasks related to curriculum development, coaching, instructional design, education, and training as well as have a teaching role in the school.
  • Implementing and improving educational programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.
