Seeking an experienced AWS cloud engineer to join my client in telecommunication. As a senior contractor, you will design, deploy, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure. Passionate about cloud computing? Deep understanding of AWS services? We want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Deploying and maintaining cloud applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues
- Collaborating with teams to optimise cloud solutions
- Staying current with AWS services and best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred skills:- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of networking and security in cloud environments
