Night Manager

Our client is looking for a night manager to join their dedicated team at their resort based in George. This role offers the chance to oversee a smooth and professional experience for guests during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and address any guest concerns with professionalism.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience for guests throughout their stay.
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies efficiently and effectively.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to the resort’s night operations.

Requirements

• Computer literate with general administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult guests with professionalism.
• Must have sober habits and maintain good health.
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
• Must reside on the resort (accommodation provided).
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence is required.

Note: The candidate will be required to reside on the resort – accommodation will be provided.
