Duties

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles.
• Assist technicians with complex repairs and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
• Manage workflow, job allocation, and customer expectations.

• Qualified motor vehicle technician.
• Proven experience as a workshop foreman in the motor industry.
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians.
• Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
