Our client, an accounting firm, is looking to employ an admin clerk in George, Western Cape. Responsibilities:- Managing and organising files, records, and documents (both digital and physical)
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Capturing and updating data in databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and customer details
- Compiling reports and summaries for management
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills
- Telephonic skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Willing to learn
