Dotsure Brand Manager

About the role

Dotsure Ltd is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven brand manager to lead and grow its brand. This role requires someone who can turn ideas into action, understand customer behaviour, and translate analytics into effective campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all marketing touchpoints while leading a dynamic team. The position is based in George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to grow the brand
• Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints
• Oversee corporate identity roll-out and internal brand culture initiatives
• Brief and manage the execution of marketing campaigns
• Plan and manage brand image through public relations strategies
• Develop and execute social media and gifting strategies, including client, PR, and CSI initiatives
• Ensure strategic execution of brand promises across all touchpoints
• Set up monitoring and measuring processes for campaigns
• Manage stakeholder relationships and selected team members
• Oversee business activities that contribute to the strategic and financial growth of the brand
• Coordinate with department heads to integrate marketing, sales, and product strategies

Minimum requirements

• Relevant marketing diploma
• Three to five years of experience in partner, channel, or distributor marketing, from strategy to execution, in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales, and product specialists
