A well-established property management company in Johannesburg North is looking for a property portfolio manager.

Requirements:

Sectional title property management experience is essential.
Own reliable transport (non-negotiable).
Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act.
Experience in compiling residential and/or commercial body corporate budgets.
Experience in typing minutes for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs.
Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
Willingness to work evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and/or SGMs when required.

Duties:

Pro-active property management.
Administration of property requirements.
Customer care and service.
Credit control.
Building database.
Insurance management.
Budgeting.
AGM/SGM meetings.
Trustee meetings.

Remuneration:

R33,000 CTC (negotiable depending on experience and knowledge).
