Our client is seeking a driven and professional vehicle sales executive to represent their brand, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting monthly objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Maximise lead opportunities for new and repeat business through internal sources and allocated leads.
- Meet sales targets for units and gross profit.
- Manage the sales process using various systems (NRSM, Focus Pro, E-master).
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers.
- Keep customer databases up to date.
- Stay informed on product knowledge for both the brand and competitors.
- Present and display vehicles effectively, including handovers and post-sale follow-ups.
- Manage all deal documentation and files.
- Promote additional products and services, including vehicle extras, parts, and accessories.
- Participate in training and adhere to dealership and brand guidelines.
Minimum requirements:
- Senior certificate (Grade 12).
- Two to five years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry.
- Experience with a premium brand is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong self-management and flexibility.
- Willingness to learn.
