Our client is looking for a passionate and driven vehicle sales executive to represent their brand and enhance sales opportunities at their dealership in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximising customer satisfaction, and managing all sales processes efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Maximise lead generation and convert prospects into sales, including new and repeat business.
- Meet sales targets for units sold and gross profit.
- Manage sales systems and ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Present and display vehicles, manage the handover process, and follow up after sales.
- Manage all documentation and deal files efficiently.
- Promote additional products and services, including vehicle extras and accessories.
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to operational rules.
Minimum requirements:
- Senior certificate (Grade 12).
- Two to five years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry.
- Experience with premium brands is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
