What you’ll be doing

As our junior project manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. From ideation to execution, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork. Expect to:

• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and flair.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned, translating technical jargon into clear and actionable insights.
• Drive collaboration between development teams and the broader organization.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency in workflows.
• Inject a sense of urgency where needed and help teams navigate challenges effectively.

What we’re looking for

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. If you’ve got:

• Superb organisational skills – because keeping everything on track is key.
• Killer communication skills – clarity is everything in project management.
• Attention to detail – the small things make a big difference.
• A knack for building relationships – teamwork makes the dream work.
• The ability to think on your feet – adaptability is a must.
• At least one year of experience in project management or a development environment.
• A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, or Business Management (advantageous but not essential).

Tech skills? Even better!

We love efficiency, and MS Office is a must. If you’ve got experience with Monday.com, JIRA, or Trello, even better!
