One of South Africa’s most renowned financial institutions has an opening for a solutions architect to design, recommend, and oversee the implementation of enterprise solutions that address business needs and challenges. This role involves managing change processes, establishing architectural frameworks, and driving IT innovations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Responsibilities: - Design and recommend solutions that align with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Govern solution implementation across the organisation, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
- Provide expert guidance in architecting high-value solutions that maximise return on investment.
- Provide functional expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Assess functional and process risks on projects, collaborating with other architects to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of new solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Qualifications and experience: - Proven experience in solution architecture, IT strategy, and enterprise system design.
- Strong background in software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, effective solutions.
- Expertise in IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
