What you’ll be doing: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and project alignment
- Design and execute effective testing frameworks
- Test applications across diverse platforms and devices
- Develop detailed test cases and document results
- Perform system audits and regression testing to ensure high standards
- Drive the quality and reliability of product releases across our SDLC
- Collaborate to grow the QA function and optimise testing practices
- Proactively identify improvements to enhance user experience and product quality
- Monitor product metrics and take initiatives on resolving issues
- Communicate progress on critical issues to our customer service and success teams
What we’re looking for:- Exposure to QA / testing environments
- Basic knowledge of programming frameworks
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Eagerness to grow and develop professionally
Bonus points if you have:- One-plus years of experience in software testing or QA
- A relevant certification or degree in software testing or quality assurance
