The opportunity

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and passionate sales and service consultant to join our call centre team in George.

The role

As a sales and service consultant, you will advise customers on insurance products, facilitate sales, and provide after-sales support. This role is dedicated to building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through policy options, and ensuring efficient resolution of claims and service needs.

Working hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 12am – 7:30am or 4am – 11am (weekly rotational shifts).
  • Hours may adjust for daylight savings or operational needs.

Requirements
  • Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Proficient in advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to work the specified hours.
