The opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused sales consultant to join our call centre team in George. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and sales, with the ability to deliver exceptional first impressions.

The role

As a sales consultant, you will play a vital role in securing new business and servicing existing customers. You will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as offer extensions to existing policies. Your main focus will be understanding customer needs, providing product information, and creating a positive and lasting impact.

Working hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 4am – 11am / 12am – 8am (rotational shifts).
  • Working hours may be adjusted for daylight savings or business requirements.

Requirements
  • Completed Grade Twelve / National Senior Certificate.
  • Proficient in advanced English (written and verbal communication).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a sales-driven position.
  • Genuine passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting client relationships.
