Qualification and skillsSuitable candidates must possess the following minimum
qualifications and skills:
- Grade 10 or equivalent
- Communication skills
- Basic understanding of the use of tools
- Understanding of and experience in plaza operation would be an added advantage.
- Ability to follow procedures
- Certificate of medical fitness
Responsibilities:The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include,
but are not limited to:
- Maintains forecourt area
- Plaza garden and premises maintenance
- Ensuring that structures and road surfaces are cleaned according to standards laid down by management
- Monitor housekeeping to specified standards
- Comply with Health and Safety and Security Procedures at work.
- Ensuring equipment is maintained and stored correctly
- Assists with traffic control at plaza
- Ensuring that no wastage takes place
- Direct and control traffic
- Provide ad hoc assistance
