Qualifications and skills- Grade 12
- National diploma in hotel catering or equivalent
- Good finance acumen with attention to detail regarding food costs
- Eight years’ experience in catering/industrial field/resale
- Valid driver’s licence
- Managerial experience
- Adaptability to various working areas and conditions
- Clean criminal record
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work flexible hours
Responsibilities- Ensure daily communication with heads of departments and superiors
- Control processes related to cost of sales (COS) to achieve monthly budgets
- Ensure daily sales align with income statements
- Verify hygiene standards and food quality align with company standards
- Monitor training needs and ensure on-the-job training is conducted by relevant personnel
- Verify all human resources processes are managed effectively
- Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and stock system data
- Oversee handover, reporting, and control documentation
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene processes and procedures are managed in compliance with standards
