    Track the Yack - CMO Council study

    The CMO Council believes in today's viral, Web 2.0 world, the voice of the customer is more powerful and strategic than ever before. Marketers are challenged to make customer listening, learning, responsiveness and co-innovation a core tenant of product and brand management and integral to their corporate cultures.

    The CMO Council is currently involved in a major thought leadership initiative, Giving Customer Voice More Volume, to help drive greater insight and discussion around new customer feedback, engagement and advocacy systems and best practices.

Part of the Reinvent Mobile campaign (www.reinventmobile.com) launched by the CMO Council's Forum to Advance the Mobile experience and Phoenix Technologies, the monitoring of digital discourse on blogs, forums and review sites using Fractal Analytics' Eavesdrop system has identified some of the critical issues and concerns impacting the mobile computing experience. Its goal is to help the mobile computer industry become more responsive and alert to the needs of its customers by creating a vibrant new channel of customer engagement and co-innovation.
