To acquire and retain sites in accordance with the business needs and maintain relationships with the relevant role players involved in the acquisition and retention of sites.
Skills and requirements
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with MAP Info or ArcView
- Knowledge of AutoCAD; Photoshop or Corel Draw is advantageous
- Familiarity with the geographical area and council by-laws and regulations for outdoor signage
- Experience with lease agreements and council approval procedures
- Ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements with landlords and councils
- Working knowledge of compiling and submitting proposals, tenders, and applications
- Understanding of the company’s products
- Ability to manage projects using established project management principles
- Negotiation skills to benefit all parties
- Problem-solving ability
- Mathematical and numerical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Independence and the ability to work unsupervised
