The role
As the marketing and communications manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s future. You’ll lead a dynamic team, design cutting-edge campaigns, and engage with diverse audiences to amplify the Company message.
In order to engage with the diverse nature of the Community, it is essential that you are 100% Bilingual – in both English and Afrikaans. Other language proficiency would be to your advantage.
First-phase successful applicants will be required to submit a strategic plan for a new product launch within the agricultural feed sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing & communications strategies
- Lead branding, PR, and communications campaigns
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster relationships with media and stakeholders
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns
- Liaise with international suppliers managing co-branding strategies
- Development of marketing collateral – hands on design abilities would be to your advantage
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within marketing and/or communications
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – essential that you are fully bilingual
