In this role, you will

• Ensure all database systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards
• Develop and maintain documentation for all database systems and processes

Core requirements

• Over four years of experience in a DevOps environment
• Over six years of commercial experience in IT
• Over three years of general support experience
• ITSM.Next (ServiceNow) – incident management
• Planning and monitoring (Grafana / OpenSearch Logstash)
• CI/CD pipeline and change management (Jenkins)
• Configuration management and version control (GitHub)
• Operations reporting experience
• Solution testing experience
• Risk detection and management
• Additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

• Rotational locations: Midrand, Pretoria, and home
• Contract rate: R480 to R600 per hour, negotiable based on experience and skill
