DevOps Engineer

Currently seeking a skilled DevOps engineer to join our growing team and help us improve our infrastructure, development processes, and automation practices. As a DevOps engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations by streamlining workflows, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile Working Model (AWM)
• German language skills
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution
• Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code
• Fluent in German speaking and translation
• SAP Knowledge – SAP IAM
• Knowledge of Identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS
• At least 6-8 years of DevOps experience in commercial and/or retail end-user IT applications
• Proven track record in operating, implementing and managing large-scale IT systems
• Experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry (advantageous)

Responsibilities: 

• Lead Problem Management (PM) initiatives and coordinate Change Management (CM) tasks
• Perform daily system health checks and ensure systems are operational according to SLAs
• Generate and report KPIs to stakeholders on a monthly basis
• Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users
• Provide input for business cases in terms of benefits and risks
• Execute required changes through configuration and development
• Balance technical skills with business acumen to align IT goals with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships between IT and the business
• Excel in clear communication and work effectively with teams across the organization
