Join a dynamic team at a well-established automotive dealership known for delivering exceptional customer service. Our client is currently seeking a junior general assistant to support our daily operations and provide excellent service to our valued customers in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks and customer service duties
- Coordinate service schedules and communicate with customers regarding vehicle status
- Maintain accurate records of service history and repairs
- Help organize and manage parts inventory
- Provide support to the service and sales departments as needed
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
