The main duty is to teach the team how to grow the business. A sales representative runs the sales department of a business to offer goods and services to customers for profit. Their primary duties include approaching customers, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with businesses, and setting sales goals. Salaries are enhanced by a good benefit package, including unlimited commission.
