This super hardworking individual must have a proven track record in the Corporate, Television, Multicam, and Eventing sectors. In addition to running high-end productions, this role will also serve as the second-in-command (2IC) to the CEO, playing a critical part in driving strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence across all projects.
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as lead Client Liaison, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and exceeded
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into deliverable action plans
- Manage and lead the production teams across multiple simultaneous projects
- Source and negotiate supplier quotations
- Coordinate crew, equipment, travel, accommodation, catering, and logistics
- Create and manage detailed production schedules and call sheets
- Oversee the post-production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Develop and manage production budgets and financial tracking
- Lead internal production meetings, client status meetings, and contractor briefings
- Ensure quality control across all stages of production
- Identify and manage potential production risks
- Strategically support the CEO in production planning and delivery
- Provide daily production and financial status reports to the CEO
- Contribute to the creative process and help shape production innovation
- Oversee resource allocation (crew, gear, budget) across productions
- Prior full-time production experience is essential
- Leadership: Strong team management with experience
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple high-pressure projects with precision
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding memory
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with production software/tools and AI
