Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with excellent customer service
- Assess customer needs and offer suitable insurance products
- Explain policy details, including coverage options and premium costs
- Assist clients with completing applications and processing claims
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and industry trends
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus
- Motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
