Digital Marketing Manager

Remuneration:R185 - R210 per hour

We are looking for a part-time marketing manager who will take responsibility for orchestrating and overseeing all activities across accounts, identifying new package opportunities, and securing avenues for account growth. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate all marketing activities to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence. You will report directly to the operations director.

Your responsibilities:
  • Complete creative briefs and guide creative direction to align with campaign objectives and goals.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, paid ads, and more. Ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance, leveraging KPIs to drive results. 
  • Generate monthly client reports detailing activities and performance against KPIs and offering strategic advice and recommendations.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative strategies to elevate our approach. 
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including but not limited to paid search, SEO, PPC, and all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling posts, and calendar planning.
  • Conduct thorough testing and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments within the client's organisation and Outsourcery to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
  • Uphold open and transparent communication with clients, quickly earning their confidence by demonstrating exceptional service and acting with integrity at all times.
  • Exhibit exemplary teamwork, strong leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, encouraging the team to embrace new technologies and digital marketing best practices.
Required:
  • A degree in marketing or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing processes with the ability to translate and implement them effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on practical business application and client presentation.
  • Adaptability and a keen interest in learning evolving technologies and digital marketing strategies.
  • South African citizen or holds permanent residency.
