What we’re looking for:
- Educational background: Minimum BSc honours degree.
- Experience: At least two years as a software engineer.
- Skills: Proficiency as a full stack developer, familiarity with RESTful API web services, and a solid understanding of clean code principles.
- Practices: Knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD, and software version control systems.
- Software development: Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions.
- Feasibility analysis: Evaluate and analyse operational feasibility and proposed solutions.
- System study: Understand and study information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes in collaboration with users.
- Problem solving: Investigate problem areas and recommend improvements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to support development.
- Systems analysis: Conduct analysis to improve operations and recommend changes in policies and procedures.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the protection of sensitive information.
- Communication: Collect, analyse, and summarise development and service issues to provide actionable insights.
- Innovation: Contribute new ideas and voice your opinions to advance our technology stack.
