The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, and a proven ability to drive business insights through advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and customer needs.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and build predictive models.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in AI and machine learning.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of scorecard strategies.
• Active Learner, Change Agility, Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, Problem Solving & Analytical, Python Programming, R Code, SQL, Statistical Data Analysis

Qualifications and experience:

• Master’s or Ph.D degree in a quantitative field, i.e. statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or other related field.
• Five+ years of work experience in a data science-related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solving complex problems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation, visualization libraries, machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Experience or completed coursework in cloud-based computing platforms like AWS.
