Current (July 2012) clients include Anglo American Platinum for their change management programme; the KZN PPSTA (Provincial Public Service Training Academy) for facilitation and materials development, and PALAMA (Public Administration Leadership And Management Academy for facilitation and assessment.
Bryce adopt a strengths-based approach to his work, drawing on a range of models and frameworks that best fit with an organisation's needs e.g. Appreciative Inquiry (AI); Business Model Canvas, Open Space; Storytelling; etc.
In addition to clients in the for-proft and government sectors Bryce works with a number of not-for-proft organisations. Here he helps with branding, business model, strategy, use of digital technology, constituent relations, and friend/fundraising.
